abstract | 1-(alkanoyl halide)-2-carboxamido-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrazines of general formula (I), in which R<1>, R<2> and R<3> are the same or different and represent a straight or branched-chain C1 to C8 alkyl group, a C5 to C6 cycloalkyl group, a C6 to C7 methylene cycloalkyl group, a C6 to C10 aryl group or a C7 to C12 aralkyl group or in which the radicals R<1> and R<2> are bonded together and jointly with the exocyclic non-carbonylic carbon atom C<1> form a 5 to 6-component cycloaliphatic ring and R<3> has the above meaning or in which R<3> is hydrogen and R<1> and R<2> are the same or different and have the above meaning, R<4> is a C1 to C19 alkyl halide group containing one or more identical or different halogen atoms selected from fluorine and/or chlorine as the halogen substituent and in which R<5> is hydrogen or a tertiary butyl oxycarbonyl or a benzyl oxycarbonyl group. Also described is a process for production of said compounds and the use thereof. |
