titleOfInvention Radiation detector with improved decay behavior
abstract The detector array has a number of detectors (1), each provided by a semiconductor plate of a directly converging semiconductor material with an electrode layer on 2 opposing sides. At least two detectors lie adjacent one another vertical to a surface (2) receiving the incident radiation, with the main surfaces of the detectors set at an angle of between zero and 90 degrees to the latter surface. Pref. separators (3) of a radiation absorbing material are inserted between the detectors.
