A spacer, esp. in film or strip form, for insertion between adjacent parts, e.g. surface-treated panels, sheet glass, etc. to protect them from surface damage and the like, consists of at least one layer of material. The novelty is that the spacer is adhesive and the layer(s) consist of polymer cpd(s). based on thermoplastic rubber(s) (TPR). Also claimed is a method of making the spacer. |
