titleOfInvention Process for the production of electrically conductive layers
abstract The glass or ceramic substrate is coated overall within oxide and this is then covered with a layer of zinc powder mixed in a binder which is polymerised by UV light to which it is partially exposed through a mask of the desired pattern. The non photopolymerised areas are then washed off, and the remainder exposed to vapour phase hydrochloric acid in a moist atmos. The metal and acid together bring about a reduction of the conductive oxide film.
