abstract | Both hinge halves are joined to one another by a bearing pin, partic. a hinge pin. The bearing pin is non rotatably connected with the one hinge half and is located in the other hinge half in at least an eye hole by means of bearing bushes of a metallic support material and a layer of material with permanent lubricating properties. The bearing bushes consists of a seamless form part of deep drawn metal plate and a coating having a film thickness at least on its inner periphery and non releasably connected with the metal plate. The bearing bush bodies can be of steel plate, or of light non-ferrous material, such as aluminium plate or magnesium. The coating of the bearing bushes is of a slide lacquer, with a thickness between 5 and 15 microns. |
