titleOfInvention | Herbicidal mixtures with a synergistic effect |
abstract | The invention concerns a herbicidal mixture containing: a) at least one derivative of a sulphonyl urea of formula (I) in which the substituents have the following meanings: R<1> means C1-C6 alkyl which can carry between one and five of the following groups: methoxy, ethoxy, SO2CH3, cyano, chlorine, fluorine, SCH3, S(O)CH3; halogen; an ER<6> group in which E means O, S or NR<7>; COOR<8>; NO2; S(O)oR<9>, SO2NR<10>R<11>, CONR<10>R<11>; R<2> means hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C2-C4 alkenyl, C2-C4 alkinyl, halogen, C1-C4 alkoxy, C1-C4 alkoxy halide; C1-C4 alkyl halide, a C1-C2 alkylsulphonyl group, nitro, cyano or C1-C4 alkylthio; R<3> means F, CF3, CF2Cl, CF2H, OCF3, OCF2Cl or, if R<1> stands for CO2CH3 and R<2> simultaneously stands for fluorine, Cl or, if R<1> stands for CH2CF3 or CF2CF3, methyl or, if R<4> stands for OCF3 or OCF2Cl, OCF2H or OCF2Br; R<4> means C1-C2 alkoxy, C1-C2 alkyl, C1-C2 alkylthio, C1-C2 alkylamino, di-C1-C2 alkylamino, halogen, C1-C2 alkyl halide, C1-C2 alkoxy halide; R<5> means hydrogen, C1-C2 alkoxy, C1-C4 alkyl; R<6> means C1-C4 alkyl, C2-C4 alkenyl, C2-C4 alkinyl or C3-C6 cycloalkyl which can carry between 1 and 5 halogen atoms, with the exception of allyl, difluoromethoxy, chlorodifluoromethoxy and 2-chloroethoxy, if E means O or S; R<6> if E stands for O or NR<7>, further means methylsulphonyl, ethylsulphonyl, trifluoromethylsulphonyl, allylsulphonyl, propargylsulphonyl or dimethylsulphamoyl; R<7> means hydrogen, methyl or ethyl; R<8> means a C1-C6 alkyl group which can carry up to three of the following groups: halogen, C1-C4 alkoxy, C1-C4 alkylthio, C1-C4 alkoxy halide, C1-C4 alkoxy-C1-C2 alkoxy, C3-C7 cycloalkyl and/or phenyl; a C5-C7 cycloalkyl group which can carry up to three C1-C4 alkyl groups; C3-C6 alkenyl or C3-C6 alkinyl; R<9> means a C1-C6 alkyl group which can carry between one and three of the following groups: halogen C1-C4 alkoxy, C1-C4 alkylthio, C1-C4 alkoxy halide, C1-C4 alkoxy-C1-C2 alkoxy, C3-C7 cycloalkyl and/or phenyl; a C5-C7 cycloalkyl group which can carry between one and three C1-C4 alkyl groups; C2-C6 alkenyl or C3-C6 alkinyl; R<10> means hydrogen, C1-C2 alkoxy, C1-C6 alkyl, or together with R<11>, a C4-C6 alkylene chain, in which a methylene group can be replaced by an oxygen atom or a C1-C4 alkylimino group; R<11> means a C1-C4 alkyl group which can carry between one and four halogen or C1-C4 alkoxy groups; C3-C6 cycloalkyl; n is 0 - 3; o is 1 - 2; z is N, CH; or their environmentally harmless salts; and b) a synergistic amount of at least one herbicidal compound from groups b1 to b41 listed in claim 1. The invention also concerns herbicides and methods of combating undesired plant growth. |
