titleOfInvention Multi-component mixtures in solid form containing hydrogen peroxide with stable storage, process for their preparation and their use (II)
abstract The invention describes an at least partially water-soluble solid multicomponent compound, especially for use in detergents and cleaners, bleaches and/or disinfectants, containing absorbed and/or bound hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and optionally per compounds formed under the influence thereof, contained in a mixture of (K1) solid alkali silicates of an 0.8 to 10 module range (molar ratio of SiO2:M2O, M being an alkali metal) and (K2) at least one other, preferably at least partially water-soluble inorganic and/or organic solid component which is capable of taking in H2O2 and optionally H2O. The teaching of the invention is characterized in that the amount of K1 in the multicomponent compound is at least 3 to 5 wt.% and that of K2 is at least 5 to 10 wt.%, percentage by weight being in each case relative to the sum of K1 + K2, the multicomponent compound taking the form of an agglomerate of a number of adhesively bonded fine particles of component (K2) and optionally (K1), whose fine particulate substance has at least partially been agglomerated in suitable solid form, and that H2O2 is introduced during and/or preferably at least partially after the agglomerated multicomponent compound has been formed. The invention further pertains to corresponding solid multifunctional multicomponent compounds for use in detergents and/or cleaners, the method of preparing the multicomponent compounds as well as their use in detergents and cleaners.
