titleOfInvention Process for the extraction of alumina and phosphorus salts from aluminum phosphate ore
abstract Alumina and phosphorus salts are produced from Al phosphate ores by extraction with KOH soln. contg. 200-550 g/l. KOH with a calcd. caustic modulus of 2.3-8 at 80-60 min. The conditions depend on the composition of the ore. The extraction mixture is separated into a solid and a liquid phase. The washed solid phase is re-stored before the leaching process of an ambient temperature sufficient to ease the strains without degrading the resin. The product is used as upper in men's shoes and has a high coefficient of water vapour transmission.
