A polymer electrolyte composition for lithium polymer electrolyte electrochemical batteries, said batteries comprising positive and negative electrodes and an electrolyte, the polymer matrix of which comprises a mixture of at least one polymer of type a) and at least one compound of type b) adhering to said electrodes the polymer of type a) has a molecular weight greater than 25,000, is selected from homopolymers, copolymers and terpolymers generally used in lithium polymer electrolyte batteries and is suitable for the solvation of lithium salts, the compound of the type b) has a molecular weight of less than 20,000, is selected from homopolymers and copolymers, is suitable for the solvation of lithium salts and is chemically compatible with the polymer of type a), prevents phase separation or segregation inside the electrolyte, and has multi-dimensional crosslinking bonds, the allow the generation of 30 μm thin films of electrolytes that have a higher penetration resistance than 1.6 MPa. |
