abstract |
A cooling module is used with electronic units (900) and is mounted in direct contact with the housing. The cooling module has a box shape with a labyrinth shaped channel (113) through which the cooling gas is drawn. The underside of the top cover is used to mount a miniature motor driven fan (131) that provides the required circulation rate to achieve the necessary cooling effect. |
