abstract A process for producing fish meal comprises supplying raw fish material to a full mantle worm centrifuge to remove the coarse material and feeding the material from the first centrifuge to a second centrifuge. The material consists of solids, liq., emulsions and fish oil. The liq. phase contg. solids is subjected to heating and the coagulated solids in the liq. phase are sepd. by a third centrifuge.
