Waxes with improved dyeing affinity and polyolefin compatibility are prepd. by carrying out the reaction between polyolefin waxes contng. 1-10% wt. oxygen and 0.001-0.5% wt. peroxide, with acid number >=1, and compounds contng. a C=C end-group and basic, acid or ester groups, in the absence of oxygen and water, pref. in the presence of reducing agents. |
