abstract The components pref. comprise, emulsion PVC, K-value 60 (80 pt by wt.), suspension PVC, preplasticated, K-value 70 (20 parts by weight), titanium dioxide 5 pts, stabilizer (organic tin compound) 1.5 pts., wax 1.0 pts. The pvc film is manufactured from this mixt. on a four roll calander at 195-175 degrees C. The component with the higher K value is pregranulated in a granulating extruder and mixed with the remainder.
