titleOfInvention TOILET DEVICE WITH ADVANCED CONTROL AND SUPPORT FUNCTIONS
abstract Presented is a toilet device with inspection functions, with easily controllable cleaning, drying, visual observation and reporting functions. The observation and the resulting improved control are described as examples. Specific embodiments of such observation, inspection, cleaning and drying of the user's buttocks and genitals are presented in detail, as well as the automatic self-cleaning and drying mechanisms and structures and methods of the observation and cleaning devices. These toilet facilities are aimed at hygiene-conscious users as well as users with limited mobility and sensory functions, such as overweight people, people with limited strength or reach, as well as paraplegic and tetraplegic users with sensory impairments. This device allows the user to take full control of monitoring their bowel movements, as well as checking that they are properly cleaned and dried afterwards. In addition, toilet facility designs are presented that can be combined with the described observation and cleaning functions and support people with limited mobility, strength or coordination or with sensory limitations by performing certain body movements, for example bringing the user into certain pressing or rocking positions in order to to facilitate bowel movements. All of the actuations described in this disclosure are intended to be activated via voice, push button, touch screen or joystick control, allowing for direct, flexible and reliable control of the implemented functions despite potential user inconveniences. Logging and reporting to nurses or physicians provide an opportunity for rapid interaction and feedback, as well as tracking of dietary incompatibilities when coupled or compared to a user's diet diary.
