A health condition determination device 1, which is an example of a health condition determination device to which the present disclosure relates, includes a calculation unit 2. The calculation unit 2 is a processing unit that performs each information processing function of the health condition determination device 1. That is, in software to which the present disclosure relates, the computing unit 2 of a tablet terminal 3 functions as information input means 23, information recording means 24, reference calculation means 5, evaluation processing means 100, and determination processing means 6 and the like. The processing functions of each of these means enable information to be sent and received, information recorded, evaluation based on the content of vital information, configuration of evaluation conditions (evaluation reference information), determination of anomalies in evaluation value information and configuration of anomaly determination references, the notification of the determination result, the generation or display of display information and the like. |
