SEMICONDUCTOR RELAY CONTROL DEVICE |
abstract |
An FET (11) brings an upstream power supply circuit (101a) into an excited state and brings the upstream power supply circuit (101a) into an interrupted state. An FET (12) brings a downstream power supply circuit (101b) into an energized state and brings the downstream power supply circuit into an interrupted state. An FET (13) is connected in parallel to a capacitor (C), turns on to bring an anode and a cathode of the capacitor (C) into an excited state, and turns off to put the anode and the cathode into an interrupted state bring to. A controller (50) turns on the FET (11) and FET (12) and turns off the FET (13) to bring a power supply circuit (101) into an energized state. When a particular discharge request is input in the energized state of the power supply circuit (101), the controller (50) turns off the FET (11) and turns on the FET (12) and FET (13). With this configuration, a semiconductor relay device (1) can appropriately respond to the power supply circuit (101) at the time of an abnormality. |
