An infrared light source (32) emits infrared light. An ATR prism (20) receives the infrared light radiated from the infrared light source (32) on a first end surface (20c), passes the received infrared light from the second end surface (20a) and a third end surface (20b), repeating the total reflection emits the transmitted infrared light from the third end face (20b). An infrared photodetector (30) detects the intensity of the infrared light emitted by the ATR prism (20). Load sensors (37a), (37b) and (37c), which are contact sensors of one type, are mounted on the ATR prism (20) and configured to detect a contact state between the ATR prism (20) and a measuring skin (49) , |
