abstract Provided are a training information measuring device, a training management method and a training management program, according to which the training management for one user can be performed by comparison with another user. A training information measuring apparatus (10) comprises: a training pace information measuring unit (20) that measures training speed information of a wearer; a communication unit (3) for performing near-field wireless communication with another apparatus (10) having a training tempo information measuring unit (20), a memory unit (information storage unit 21, information storage unit 22) for training tempo information of the other apparatus, the training tempo information of the other apparatus, measured by the training pace information measuring unit (20) of the other device (10), detected via the communication unit (3), and stores them; and a management information output unit that outputs management information for managing the training speed information based on the stored training speed information of the other device and the training speed information measured by the training speed information measuring unit of the training information measuring device.
