abstract | A method of managing the operation of a logic device (2) having a majority decision circuit (3) and an odd number of flip-flops (4 to 6) at least three, the method comprising: a) after a normal operating mode of the component, placing the component (2) in a test mode, in which: A flip-flop (4) of the logic component (2) is set in a test mode, A test signal (TI) is fed into the test input (ti) of the tested flip-flop (4), - The logic state of the other flip-flops (5 and 6) is frozen and The test output signal (TQ) is analyzed, then b) at the end of the test a new setting of the component (2) in a normal operating mode, wherein the majority decision circuit (3) automatically restores the value of the output signal (Q) of the component (2) that existed before the initiation of the test. |
