abstract | Provided is a solvent or solvent composition for the production of organic transistors. The solvent or solvent composition makes it possible to dissolve an organic semiconductor material therein with high solubility and can produce a highly crystalline organic transistor. The solvent or solvent composition for producing organic transistors according to the present invention is a solvent or a solvent composition for dissolving an organic semiconductor material and comprises a solvent A represented by the formula (A). In the formula (A), R 1 is selected from C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, C 1 -C 4 -acyl, a C 5 -C 6 -cycloalkane ring, a C 5 -C 6 -cycloalkene ring, C 6 -C 12 - Aryl and a group comprising two or more of these, which are interconnected selected. R 2 , R 3 , R 4 and R 5 , which are the same or different at each occurrence, are selected from hydrogen, C 1 -C 4 alkyl and C 1 -C 4 acyl. R 6 is selected from C 1 -C 4 alkyl and C 1 -C 4 acyl. R 1 and R 3 may be linked together to form a ring with the adjacent oxygen atom and carbon atom; n represents 1 or 2; and m represents an integer of 0 to 2. [Chem. 1] |
