Conductive paste composition and semiconductor devices made therewith |
abstract |
A conductive paste composition contains a source of an electrically conductive metal, a Ti-Te-Li oxide, and an organic vehicle. An article such as a photovoltaic high efficiency cell is formed by a method of depositing the paste composition on a semiconductor substrate (e.g., by screen printing) and firing the organic vehicle removing paste and sintering the metal and making electrical contact therebetween Device formed. |
