Rotary electric machine (200, 202), comprising: a stator core (232) having a plurality of slots (237) formed therein; a multi-phase receiving stator winding (238) having a plurality of coil windings (U11, U12, U13, U14, U21, U22, U23, U24, V11, V12, V13, V14, V21, V22, V23, V24; W11 , W12, W13, W14, W21, W22, W23, W24) each consisting of slot conductors (233a) and cross conductors (233b), wherein the slot conductors (233a) are respectively inserted at one of the slots (237) in the stator core (232) and form one of a plurality of layers, and the transverse conductors (233b) connect respective equal-sided ends of slot conductors (233a) inserted into different slots to form a coil end; and a rotor (250) rotatably disposed with an air gap so as to be rotatable relative to the stator core (232) and including a plurality of magnets (254) and a plurality of magnetic salient auxiliary pole portions (259) each formed between the poles are formed with the magnets (254), wherein: the transverse conductors (233b) connect the slot conductors (233a) in such a way that so that they run astride the slots (237) and have a slot pitch Np, on one side of the coil ends N + 1, and so that it passes astride through the slots (237) and has a slot pitch Np, on the other side of the coil ends N-1, where N is a number of the slots per pole; ... |
