abstract |
A column packing, a separation column, an analyzer and an analytical method are provided which shorten an analysis time without degrading the separation efficiency of multi-component amino acids. Disclosed is a column packing comprising a core portion of a styrene-di-vinylbenzene copolymer having a crosslinking degree of 50% and a skin of styrene-di-vinylbenzene copolymer having a crosslinking degree of 20% or less; a separation column utilizing the column packing, and a high-speed liquid chromatography apparatus and analysis method using this separation column. |
