titleOfInvention Solar simulator and solar cell inspection device
abstract It improves the measurement accuracy of a solar simulator with a plate-like light emitter. In one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a solar simulator with an array of light emitters having a plurality of spot light emitters planarized in a given area, an effective irradiated region disposed therefrom, from a surface on which the array of light emitters is arranged to be spaced, and a light absorbing portion that absorbs at least a part of the light from a direction of the effective irradiated region passing through a gap between the individual spot light emitters in the array of light emitters. In a preferred aspect thereof, the light absorption section is an absorption layer 52 including an absorption surface disposed in at least a part of the gaps between the individual point light emitters. In a further preferred aspect, the solar simulator further includes a light transmissive plate 2Y comprising the plurality of light sources Spot light emitter and having a portion corresponding to at least a part of the gaps between the individual point light emitters as the light transmissive portion 54, and a light absorption layer 56 is provided at a position to absorb light from the direction of the effective irradiated region passing through the light transmissive portion has gone through.
