titleOfInvention Automatic analyzer pipetting nozzle, process for its manufacture and auto-analyzer using it
abstract In an autoanalyzer for analyzing samples such as urine and blood, analysis and measurement values are prevented from being affected by carryover caused by the repeated use of a pipetting nozzle. By coating surfaces of the pipetting nozzle with a polyethylene glycol derivative chemisorbed thereon, a molecular layer for inhibiting the adsorption of biological polymers has been formed, whereby the carry-over caused by the pipetting nozzle is reduced.
