titleOfInvention | Ceramic multilayer substrate and method of making the same |
abstract | Ceramic multilayer substrate, characterized in that it comprises: a first ceramic layer formed by sintering a first ceramic material; a second ceramic layer laminated to contact a major surface of the first ceramic layer and containing a non-sintered second ceramic material having a sintering temperature above the sintering temperature of the first ceramic material; and an inner conductor disposed between the first ceramic layer and the second ceramic layer, wherein the unsintered second ceramic material is defined by a portion of the first ceramic material penetrating from the first ceramic layer into the second ceramic layer, and wherein the first ceramic layer contains a phosphorus component having a concentration gradient in which the concentration decreases in a direction farther away from the inner conductor. |
