abstract |
A pore / gas bubble free polyurethane polishing pad having a network structure interpenetrating therewith, wherein a vinyl polymer is obtained by free radical polymerization of vinyl monomers and possibly vinyl oligomers which are liquid at room temperature, which during the polyurethane polymerization of the main material and the curing agent, the interstices of the polyurethane penetrates and crosslinks with it by adding the vinyl monomer and possibly the vinyl oligomer to at least one of the two components of the main material and curing agent, and subjecting the curing agent to a defoaming process prior to addition to the main material. |
