abstract |
A method of processing a waste material feed comprising: operating a gas turbine generator to produce electricity and exhaust gases having a temperature greater than 1000 ° F; Contacting the exhaust gases at a temperature greater than 1000 ° F with waste material feed having a moisture content of at least about 30% by weight, in a drying vessel for a sufficient contact time, to produce a dried material without significant oxidation of the waste material feed which has a moisture content of less than about 20% by weight. |
