abstract |
In order to develop fuel formulations that enable optimal operation of an internal combustion engine developed for the HCCI combustion mode, a method is described which includes the use: - from a fuel base comprising a Jet B; and - If necessary, a component or a combination of components, the nature and proportions of which are selected in such a way that the mixture ensures a distillation curve, the course of which is representative of that of a petroleum product (monotonous curve), in particular a fuel for a diesel engine with optimal properties at low speeds - low loads as well as at high speeds - heavy loads. Formulations developed according to this procedure are described. |
