This invention provides a phosphonated poly (4-phenoxybenzoyl-1,4-phenylene), a synthetic method therefor, an antioxidant made from phosphonated poly (4-phenoxybenzoyl-1,4-phenylene), a highly resistant polymer electrolyte composite which made of a fluoropolymer electrolyte and phosphonated poly (4-phenoxybenzoyl-1,4-phenylene), and a fuel cell in which the high-resistance polymer electrolyte composite is used as an electrode. |
