abstract |
In order to feed an extruder with a mixture of two different materials, for example fiber material and thermoplastic, the constituents of the mixture of the stuffing section are fed in separately from one another and fed from the stuffing section to the extruder without intermediate storage. This can be carried out with a device in which two individual dosing devices (20, 21) are connected to the housing (11) of a tamping unit (10), each of which delivers one of the components directly to the tamping unit (10) in the desired quantity ratio that the components of the batch are released from the tamping section directly, optionally with premixing, to the feed end (2) of an extruder (1). |
