abstract |
The invention relates to a method for vascularization of artificial cell carrier materials, which is characterized in that the surface of the artificial material a) is enriched with hydrophobic and hydrophilic functional groups in a ratio so that the predominant hydrophilicity of the surface has a water contact angle of 40 to 50 °, b) a matrix protein is weakly adsorbed on this modified surface, after which c) endothelial cells are located on the matrix protein, and that the weak adsorption of the matrix proteins on the copolymer allows three-dimensional self-structuring of the endothelial cells with the matrix protein. |
