titleOfInvention Process for the production of foamed components
abstract Certain cellulosic products, e.g. B. cockroaches from annual plants are able to absorb water as a physical blowing agent very quickly. These cellulose-containing products are mixed in a plastic and then heat energy is added under pressure, the mixture being melted in a heating section and water being injected under high pressure. The pressure created within the melt leads to foam formation when the melt leaves the assigned nozzle due to a drop in pressure. A clumping is avoided by the method according to the invention and a homogeneous structure of the components is thereby achieved.
