The invention is intended to provide new long-wave fluorescent substances or compounds which are suitable as fluorescent dyes, can be produced with as little effort as possible and exhibit high stability behavior. Surprisingly, it was found that 1,4,5,8-tetraazafulvalenes with a dicyanopyrazino [2,3-b] pyrazine substructure according to general formula I, on the N atoms of which aromatic radicals R are each arranged, show fluorescence in the long-wave range and have a very stable behavior. R = aryl; substituted phenyls, such as ortho-, meta- or para-Cl, Br, I, OMe, alkyl, CF 3 , NO 2 , alkynyl radicals, di- and trisubstituted phenyls. The 1,4,5,8-tetraazafulvalenes according to the invention with the dicyanopyrazino [2,3-b] pyrazine substructure can be used as long-wave emitting fluorescent dyes, for example as dyes in light collectors, and as fluorescent dyes in biochemical-medical diagnostics. |
