abstract | The present invention relates to a method for separating cells, in particular for sample preparation in tumor diagnosis. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for sample preparation for the detection of tumor cells of solid tumors in diagnostics for the prognosis and stratification of the therapy, comprising the destruction of cells which make this diagnostic option difficult or completely impossible. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a kit for sample preparation and for the detection of changed cells. Finally, the present invention relates to the use of the method and the kit in the diagnosis of modified cells, such as tumor cells, and the implementation of a PCR reaction for the detection of tumor cells in body fluids and tissues. |
