abstract The invention relates to a method for the enzymatic production of acyl derivatives of bioactive substances. The method can be used in the biotechnological industry. The acyl derivatives produced by the process can be used in pharmacy, in cosmetics, in fine chemistry, in the food industry and in the animal feed industry. The process for the enzymatic production of ester compounds by the action of a lipase on a medium comprising an acyl donor and an acyl acceptor, which is a biologically active compound, is characterized in that after the acylation, the working up of the ester compound is a step for solid-liquid extraction of the contains unreacted acyl donor and a step for liquid-liquid extraction of the unreacted acyl acceptor. In the case of lauric acid as an acyl donor, the solid-liquid extraction is carried out with hexane and the liquid-liquid extraction with the water-ethyl acetate system.
