abstract The invention relates to a method for producing a bioresorbable pore material in which the pores are connected to one another. A bioresorbable polymer and a low molecular weight oligomer are dissolved in an organic solvent to form a solution of the bioresorbable polymer. The bioabsorbable polymer has a molecular weight of more than 20,000 and the oligomer has a molecular weight of 200 to 4,000 daltons. The bioabsorbable polymer solution is then brought together with a coagulant and a bioabsorbable pore material is produced.
