titleOfInvention Process for immobilizing proteins contained in a liquid sample with subsequent drying of the immobilized proteins, and solid-phase substrates which can be used in the process
abstract Process for the immobilization of proteins contained in a liquid sample with subsequent drying of the immobilized proteins, in which for the immobilization the liquid sample is brought into contact with a substrate which has reactive binding sites which form a covalent bond with amino groups and in which the subsequent drying of the substrate takes place in the presence of a substance which is able to stabilize the three-dimensional conformation of proteins, polyols being used as the substance and the polyols being bound to part of the binding sites during the process.
