titleOfInvention Synthesis of regioselective esters of amylose
abstract The invention relates to a regioselectively substituted amylose derivative, characterized by an acyl esterification of the OH group in position O-6 of the anhydroglucose units with a partial degree of substitution DS¶Acyl¶ of 85% to 100%, based on the total degree of substitution of acyl groups, and / or by Uniform esterification of the OH group in position O-2 of the anhydroglucose units with a partial degree of substitution DS¶Ester¶ from 85% to 100%, based on the total degree of substitution of groups esterified with the esterification reagent used for this. The amylose derivative according to the invention can be further converted into secondary products in which some or all of the free OH groups are partially or completely substituted with further substituents. Methods for the preparation of this derivative are provided.
