Electrolyte solution and its use |
abstract |
An electrolyte solution for electrochemical cells with a high boiling point> 90 ° C. at 1 bar and a high conductivity> 40 mS / cm at 25 ° C. is proposed which, in addition to acetonitrile as the first solvent (component A), also has at least one other electrochemically stable solvent a boiling point> 120 ° C at 1 bar, a dielectric constant> 10 at 25 ° C and a viscosity <6 mPaÈs at 25 ° C and as component C) has at least one conductive salt. Such electrolyte solutions according to the invention have high conductivities which are comparable to those of electrolyte solutions which use acetonitrile as the sole solvent. At the same time, however, they also have elevated boiling points due to component B). |
