titleOfInvention | Fusion constructs containing active sections of TNF ligands |
abstract | The present invention is concerned with fusion constructs containing active sections of TNF ligands, the fusion constructs (a) the Fc section or part of an Fc section of an immunoglobulin as component (A), (b) the extracellular part of a TNF- Ligands or a partial sequence of the extracellular part of a TNF ligand as component (B) and optionally (c) contain a transition region between component (A) and component (B) with a linker. In addition, the present invention relates to DNA sequences on which a fusion construct according to the invention is based, expression vectors with such DNA sequences, correspondingly transfected host cells and medicaments which are based on one of the abovementioned subjects. In particular, the present invention relates to the use of such pharmaceuticals or recombinant fusion constructs for the treatment of genetic diseases, very particularly for the treatment of ectodermal dysplasia. |
