abstract The invention relates to a belt with a belt body, the belt body having an electrically conductive polyurethane, preferably consisting of polyurethane. A plurality of tension members are arranged in the belt body in a longitudinal direction and are surrounded by the polymeric material of the belt body, the belt having a coating on a drive side which forms a firm adhesive bond with the belt body. The cover comprises a film layer and a fabric layer disposed between the belt body and the film layer. According to the invention, the film layer has at least one perforation in places, the perforation being at least partially filled with the polymeric material.
