abstract |
The invention relates to a sulfur crosslinkable rubber mixture, in particular for the tread of vehicle tires that - 20 - 100 phr of at least one hydrogenated solution polymerized styrene-butadiene copolymer having a degree of hydrogenation of 80 to 98%, - up to 80 phr of at least one other diene rubber, - 40 - 350 phr of at least one filler and - a vulcanization system containing at least one accelerator and elemental sulfur and at least one sulphur-donating substance, the molar ratio of accelerator to sulfur being from 0.4 to 5, the total molar amount of sulfur consisting of elemental sulfur and the sulfur released by the sulphur-donating substances . |
