abstract The invention relates to an NMR vapor cell arrangement - wherein a first medium is arranged in a first chamber (101), - wherein a second medium (1020) is arranged in a second chamber (102), and - A passage arrangement (103) being formed between the first chamber (101) and the second chamber (102), the passage arrangement (103) having a duct (1030) for conducting the second medium (1020) from the second chamber (102) includes in the first chamber (101), wherein - the NMR vapor cell arrangement (100) comprises a heating device (104) for setting a first temperature in the first chamber (101), and - the passage arrangement (103) comprises a connection structure (1031) for providing a thermal coupling between the first chamber (101) and the second chamber (102), • wherein a second temperature can be generated by setting the first temperature in the first chamber (101) due to the thermal coupling in the second chamber (102), and • wherein a temperature difference between the first temperature and the second temperature is determined by a dimensioning of the connection structure (1031). Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing the NMR vapor cell arrangement (100), an NMR gyroscope and a method for operating the NMR gyroscope.
