A hybrid capacitor material containing a metal-organic framework mixed with solid electrolyte particles is located in at least one of the following areas: the fixed electrode, an interfacial layer located between the first surface of the electrolyte and the second surface of the fixed electrode, or both in the Fixed electrode and in the interface layer. |
