titleOfInvention | spectrometer |
abstract | The present invention relates to a spectrometer with a plurality of arrays of quantum dots, the arrays being arranged such that primary light emitted from a light source is incident on them and excites the quantum dots so that the quantum dots emit secondary light so that the secondary light can be incident on a sample, wherein the secondary light has a different spectral distribution than the primary light, at least one detector that is designed to receive the secondary light reflected or transmitted by the sample, and an evaluation device that is designed to send spectral information from the at least one detector to secondary light received determine. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such a spectrometer. |
