abstract A housing (20) for receiving a signal processing board for processing electrical signals under water is shown. The housing comprises a first plug receiving device (22a) for receiving a first plug which provides a first part of the electrical signals and a second plug receiving device (22b) for receiving a second plug which provides a second part of the electrical signals. The housing further comprises a signal distribution board (23) which has a first contact (28a) for contacting the first connector and a second contact (28b) for contacting the second connector, the signal distribution board (23) being designed to transmit the electrical signals from the provide the first connector and the second connector of the signal processing board. The first connector receiving device (22a) and the second connector receiving device (22b) are sealed against the ingress of water in relation to the signal distribution board (23).
