abstract The invention relates to a polymer composition comprising 60 to 98 parts by weight of a first copolymer comprising monomer units of ethylene and an alpha-olefin, the content of ethylene monomer units being in the range of 40 to 65% by weight, 1 to 20 parts by weight of a second copolymer comprising monomer units of ethylene and an alpha-olefin, 1 to 20 parts by weight of a natural rubber and a curing system comprising a sulfur curing system and a peroxide curing system, wherein the first and / or the second copolymer further comprises 1 to 12 wt. -% comprises monomer units of non-conjugated diene and wherein the composition comprises 10 to 15 parts by weight of the curing system and wherein the ratio of the sulfur curing system to the peroxide curing system is in a range of ≥ 0.1 to ≤ 0.5. The invention also relates to a method for producing the polymer composition. The vulcanized polymer composition is advantageously used in articles which need to be bent at low temperatures.
