These include a special device for controlling a quantum dot (NV). Combined therefrom, the invention comprises a quantum register made up of at least two quantum bits, a core quantum register made up of at least two core quantum bits and a core electron quantum register made up of a quantum bit and a core quantum bit and a core electron core electron quantum register made up of at least one quantum register and at least two kernels -Electron registers. A superordinate structure, a quantum bus, for transporting quantum information and a quantum computer composed of it are part of the invention. The invention also includes the necessary methods for manufacturing and operating the device. The invention consists primarily in the initial assembly of all of these devices and methods.
