abstract The present invention relates to a device (100) for moisture-proof housing the conductors (104) of an electronic component (110). The device (100) has a fiber-reinforced, injection-molded carrier element (101) which has a cavity for receiving the electronic component (110) and consists of a thermoplastic material. Furthermore, the device (100) has the electronic component (110) which is arranged in the cavity. A filling compound (102) adheres to the carrier element (101) and the electronic component (110) and is arranged between the electronic component (110) and the carrier element (101). The device (100) also has an electrical conductor (104) which is coupled to the electronic component (110) and the carrier element (101) and is at least partially surrounded by the filling compound (102). The carrier element (101) contains gas bubbles (103) which are less than 10 mm away from the filling compound (102).
